Rachel Backfisch

Rachel brings 17 years of Account Management and Customer Success experience to Greenscreens.AI.

She recently worked with the teams at OneRail, a Last Mile Delivery SaaS platform, building out their Strategic Accounts Team and ensuring that OneRail customers achieved their promised competitive advantage. Prior to that, Rachel spent 14 years at Reynolds American Tobacco Company and was successful in leading teams to achieve business results in a challenging and changing industry. She served in many roles, including Area Vice President in the Northeast Sales Area, where she led a team of about 500 Trade Marketing employees, who managed $3Bin annual revenue.

Rachel has a passion for working with others to help them achieve their personal and professional goals and working with customers to ensure their business goals are met and exceeded.

Rachel lives in the Winston-Salem, NC area with her family, where they enjoy trips to the Appalachian Mountains and eastern NC beaches.
